Our Scout Program ensures we can build a supportive community of individuals who help us discover and invest in promising Korean-founded startups, helping foster a meaningful ecosystem.
How it works:
If you refer a Korean-led company to us and we invest within 3 months of your referral, you will receive half of our carried interest (profit share) from our first investment in that company. If a company reaches out to us directly and we invest, the founders themselves will receive this benefit.
Guidelines:
Please confirm with both Han Bridge Capital and the referred company that they are interested in connecting before making an introduction (double opt-in).
If multiple scouts recommend the same company, only the scout whose referral leads to a successful investment will receive the carried interest.
Typically, our investments earn a 20% total carried interest. This means that for referred investments, the scout or the founders (if they reached out directly) will receive a 10% profit share.
