Han Bridge Capital is an angel syndicate that invests in early-stage Korean-founded startups, providing a supportive community of Korean investors and allies who are passionate about empowering the next generation of Korean founders.
We invest in early-stage startups, with check sizes starting at $50K and up to $500K.
This allows Han Bridge Capital to index on delivering as much “bang for buck” as possible and collaborate with the best early-stage funds for your round.
Our team is committed to being a founder-friendly resource for our portfolio companies.
We’ll be there for all hours of the day, all days of the week when you need support from the Korean angel community. At the same time, we respect your autonomy and trust your vision, allowing you the space to lead and grow your company on your terms.

How it works:
If you refer a Korean-led company to us and we invest within 3 months of your referral, you will receive 1/2 of our carried interest from our first investment in that company. This includes founders of the companies themselves.
Double opt-in introductions are required. Please confirm with both Han Bridge Capital and the company that they are interested in connecting before making an introduction.
If multiple scouts recommend the same company, only the scout whose referral leads to a successful investment will receive the carried interest.
Our investments typically earn 20% total carry, which means ½ carry for founder-referred investments equates to a 10% profit interest.
